Touchless operation is now standard in airport, hotel lobby and office washrooms, but most sensor faucets are chrome and most of them are plastic inside. This model uses a brushed gold brass body and an infrared sensor module that is sealed against splashing, so the faucet keeps a warm metallic look while meeting the hygiene expectations of a public washroom specification.
The sensor detects a hand within 120 mm and starts water in under half a second, then stops it automatically when the hand leaves, which typically cuts water use by 40 to 60 percent against a manual tap left running. Power comes from four AA alkaline cells with a service life of about two years, and a small indicator light flashes when the cells need replacing so maintenance staff are not caught out. The spout includes a mesh filter and a flow regulator set to 6 litres per minute, and the electronics are protected against reverse polarity and low voltage false triggering.

The faucet is specified for airport and mall washrooms, office buildings, hotel public toilets, clinics and hospitals, schools and food service hand wash stations where reducing touch points is a stated requirement. The brass body and PVD finish also make it usable in higher end hospitality projects where a chrome sensor faucet would clash with the interior design.
We supply the faucet with a deck mounted or wall mounted configuration, a matching soap dispenser, and a mains powered version for continuous traffic. Sensor sensitivity and shut off delay can be adjusted on site with a remote control supplied with each unit.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceEach faucet is bagged and set in a moulded EPE tray together with the battery holder, filter, fixing kit and remote control. Ten sets go into a master carton with a gross weight of around 17 kg, and cartons are labelled with the model, finish and battery type so warehouse staff can store cells correctly.
Every unit is function tested on a flow bench for sensor response, shut off timing and leakage before packing, and the solenoid valve is cycled one thousand times as a production check. Electronic boards are batch coded so any field issue can be traced back to the production run.
