White Finish Thermostatic Shower Valve Brass Digital Display Bathroom with Smart Screen

This exposed thermostatic shower valve pairs a white powder coated brass body with a small digital screen that shows the actual outlet temperature, so a user can see what the water is doing before stepping under it. The thermostatic cartridge holds the set temperature within plus or minus 1 degree Celsius, and the 38 degree safety button has to be pressed deliberately before hotter water is available, which is the arrangement most specifiers ask for in family and hotel bathrooms.

Three outlets are controlled by ceramic diverters, allowing a fixed head, a hand shower and a body jet rail to be fed from one valve. The white finish is a baked powder coat over brass rather than painted plastic, so it does not yellow under UV from a bathroom window and it resists the alkaline bathroom cleaners used in commercial cleaning schedules. The screen is powered by a replaceable lithium cell with a typical service life of three years, and the valve keeps working normally when the cell is flat.

The valve is packed in a moulded EPE tray with the display module protected by a separate foam pocket, and the trim is wrapped in a soft sleeve to protect the powder coat. Four sets go into a five layer carton with the fixing kit and instruction leaflet, and each carton carries a model label and a battery safety note.

Each unit is pressure tested and the thermostatic calibration is verified on a flow bench before packing. The display is powered up and checked against a reference thermometer, and powder coat adhesion is tested by cross hatch on a sample from each batch.
