Freestanding Bathtub Filler Floor Mounted Brass Hand Shower Chrome Plated Single Lever

A freestanding bathtub filler has to look sculptural on an exposed floor and still behave like a proper mixing valve. This model uses a brass column with a 1.2 mm wall, a weighted floor plate and a single lever cartridge that sets temperature and flow together, so the filler can be placed anywhere around a freestanding tub without cutting into the wall or the floor screed for concealed pipework.

The hand shower sits on a magnetic holder on the column and is fed through a 1.5 metre hose that stays inside the column when not in use, which keeps the silhouette clean. The spout delivers 12 litres per minute at 2 bar and is angled to reach the centre of a tub up to 1800 mm long, and the small footprint of the floor plate means the filler can be installed after the floor finish is laid, a real advantage when a client changes layout late in a project.

• Floor mounted installation: A single weighted base plate with two fixing bolts takes the filler, so no wall opening or concealed body is needed and layout changes stay cheap.
• Single lever mixer: One lever sets flow and temperature from 5 to 12 litres per minute, giving a steady fill for deep soaking tubs without constant adjustment.
• Integrated hand shower: The hand shower sits on a magnetic holder with a hose that retracts into the column, keeping the design clean when the tub is not in use.
• Solid brass column: The 1.2 mm brass column is polished and chrome plated, and it carries the full weight of the hose and shower without flexing.
• Reach for large tubs: The angled spout reaches the centre of tubs up to 1800 mm long, so water lands in the tub rather than on the rim or the floor.
• Three finish options: Chrome, brushed nickel and matte black finishes are produced in the same tooling, so a buyer can build a coordinated range from one mould set.

The filler is specified for hotel suites, serviced apartments, show homes and residential bathrooms where a freestanding tub is the visual centre of the room. It also works in spa treatment rooms and boutique guest houses that need a bath filling point without disturbing finished floors or walls.

We supply the filler with a matching floor mounted hand shower, a tub spout only version, or a thermostatic version for projects that require fixed outlet temperature. Custom column heights from 800 to 1000 mm and PVD finishes such as brushed gold are available on orders above 200 pieces.

The column is wrapped in foam sheet and packed in a rigid carton with a full length cardboard core, so it cannot bend in a container. The base plate, fixing bolts, hose and hand shower are in a separate accessory box, and each carton is strapped and labelled with the model, finish and length.

Before packing, each filler is assembled, pressure tested at 1.6 MPa and checked for vertical alignment within 1 mm per metre. Chrome plating is inspected under daylight lamps for pinholes, and a protective film is applied to the column before it goes into the carton.
