Concealed Thermostatic Shower Mixer Valve Brass Chrome Plated Three Outlet

This concealed thermostatic shower mixer valve solves the two complaints buyers raise most often in project bathrooms: temperature that moves when another tap is opened, and a wall plate that is awkward to service. A wax thermostatic cartridge holds the outlet temperature to plus or minus 1 degree Celsius even when cold water pressure drops by half, and the factory set 38 degree safety stop has to be deliberately overridden for hotter water.

The rough in body is cast in brass and sits inside the wall behind a 170 by 170 mm chrome plate, with three outlets served by a ceramic diverter so a fixed head, a hand shower and a body jet rail can share one control. Service access needs only the removal of the front plate and two screws, which means a failed cartridge becomes a fifteen minute job instead of a tiling repair. Both hot and cold inlets use G1/2 inch female threads and the body includes integrated check valves and a mesh filter to protect the cartridge from debris in new pipework.

• Wax thermostatic cartridge: The cartridge reacts to temperature change rather than pressure change, holding the outlet within plus or minus 1 degree Celsius when another outlet in the building opens.
• 38 degree safety stop: A calibrated button blocks accidental movement past 38 degrees Celsius, which lowers scald risk in family bathrooms, hotels and care facilities.

• Brass rough in body: The cast brass body is pressure tested at 1.6 MPa and carries a ten year body warranty, matching the service life expected in commercial projects.

The valve is aimed at hotel bathrooms, residential shower rooms, sports club changing facilities and care accommodation where stable temperature and fast servicing are the deciding factors. It pairs with a fixed rain head, a slide rail hand shower and a body jet manifold on the same wall, so one rough in serves a full shower system.

For projects that need a specific look we offer round, square and thin profile cover plates, alternative finishes in gunmetal and brushed nickel, and a pre assembled version with the rough in body and trim already mated for faster site installation.

The rough in body and the trim are packed in separate compartments of a double wall carton so the chrome plate cannot be scratched by the brass body. Each set includes a protection cap, a fitting template, two screw sets and a commissioning card for the installer, and four sets go into a master carton weighing approximately 20 kg.

Each valve is pressure tested, and the thermostatic cartridge is calibrated on a flow bench so the 38 degree stop is verified before packing. Calibration records are kept per batch, and we can supply a factory test report with each shipment for consultant and contractor submissions.
