Wall Mounted Brass Bath Faucet Hand Shower Set Chrome Plated 2 Outlet Diverter

This wall mounted brass bath faucet set covers the whole bathing point in one box: mixer body, hand shower, 1.5 metre smooth hose, wall bracket and a two outlet diverter that switches water between the bath spout and the hand shower with a quarter turn. The body is machined from brass and finished in a three layer chrome plating measured at 0.25 micron nickel plus 0.1 micron chrome, which keeps the surface bright in hard water areas and resists the cleaning chemicals used by hotel housekeeping.

Because the mixer is installed inside the wall, the visible parts stay compact and the bathroom floor remains clear for cleaning. The 180 mm spout projection clears standard bath rims, and the brass eccentric connectors compensate for up to 15 mm of misalignment between the hot and cold pipe centres, which saves call backs on site. The hand shower has a 90 mm face with anti limescale nozzles that can be rubbed clean with a thumb, and the hose is knitted stainless steel over an EPDM inner tube rated to 70 degrees Celsius.

The set is designed for hotel and apartment bathrooms where the bath and shower share one wall position, and for residential renovation projects that need a compact bathing point without a separate shower column. It also suits guest houses, student accommodation and small serviced flats where floor space is limited and cleaning speed matters.

We can supply the set with a 200 mm round or 250 mm square shower head instead of the hand shower, add a slide rail for height adjustment, or change the spout projection for deeper baths. Project orders can be packed in plain cartons with customer labels for direct delivery to site.

The mixer body is wrapped in a cloth bag and fixed in a moulded EPE insert, while the hand shower and hose sit in a separate compartment to prevent chrome scratches in transit. Six sets go into a five layer master carton with a gross weight of about 18 kg, and each carton carries a model label, barcode and carton number.

Every mixer is pressure tested at 1.6 MPa for 60 seconds and the diverter is cycled twenty times before packing. Chrome thickness is checked by X ray on a sample from each plating batch, and we retain test records with the shipment so buyers have documentation for project handover.
