This matte black brass basin faucet is built for buyers who need one consistent finish across an entire bathroom program. The body is machined from certified brass bar stock, then coated with a two layer matte black finish that resists fingerprints, shampoo residue and the constant humidity of daily washroom use. A single lever cartridge controls flow and temperature with a quarter turn, so hotel guests and household users get predictable results without adjusting two separate handles.

Every unit is pressure tested at 1.6 MPa before packing, and the ceramic disc cartridge is rated for 500,000 open and close cycles. Because the design uses a standard 35 mm cartridge and a G1/2 inch inlet thread, distributors can stock a single spare part line for the whole range instead of chasing multiple models. The spout height of 120 mm clears most vessel and under counter basins, and the 360 degree swivel option allows the same faucet to serve a wide bowl without splashing water onto the counter.

Each faucet is wrapped in a soft cloth bag, seated in a moulded EPE tray and packed in a printed colour box with mounting hardware, flexible connectors and an installation sheet. Ten boxes go into a five layer corrugated master carton with a total gross weight of about 15 kg, and cartons are labelled with model, finish and carton number for site handling.

Before packing, every unit passes a 1.6 MPa pressure hold test, a cartridge torque check and a visual inspection under 800 lux lighting. We keep a retained sample from each batch for twelve months, and third party inspection such as SGS or BV can be arranged on request.
